ABM CHANNEL SALES

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND AGE REQUIRED:
  • Any Graduation or HSC pass out in 10+2 Stream.
  • MBA/PGDBM Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Age during Joining shall not exceed 32 years as on 01/01/2012.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Understands what is required to successfully run channel.
  • Knows how to sell technical products to enterprising Customers.
  • Strong closing skills and Strong negotiating skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Competitive & ambitious.
  • Knows how to translate product features into benefits that solve real enterprise customer problems.

CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND AGE REQUIRED:
  • Any Graduation or MCA/MBA/PGDBM Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Any technical or professional course in Software development or website development.
  • Age during Joining shall not exceed 30 years as on 01/01/2012.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
  • Must be able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers.
  • Must be having experience of at least two years in technical product customers handling.
  • Must be having excellent personality and fluent English speaking abilities.

SYSTEM OPERATOR

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND AGE REQUIRED:
  • Electrical/Computer/Networking Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science,
  • Preferred Age during Joining shall not exceed 30 years as on 01/01/2012.
  • Good understanding of systems engineering methodology and practices, as well as solid experience in the life cycle of projects and products.
  • Basic computer skills with data processing, reporting skills, independent, productive, reliable, team player, good with documentation skills, problem solving, self-motivated, results driven, sound technical understanding, analyzing information, equipment maintenance.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.
  • Must be having experience of at least two years in Technical Field with handling of any software.
  • Can handle customer service or help desk departments – in order to resolve problems and manage projects

ZONAL MANAGER

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND AGE REQUIRED:
  • Any Graduation or MCA/MBA/PGDBM Preferred but not mandatory and age during Joining shall not exceed 40 years as on 01/01/2012.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and man management skills.
  • Should be assertive and should be able to manage large teams and needs to have good networking skills.
  • Should have geographical and workable knowledge of his entire zone and their states respectively as well as shall have ability to travel up to 75 % of the time.
  • Self-driven, accountable, excellent organizational and negotiation skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Should have a similar kind of current or past exposure of independently running a successful zonal unit or profit center.

ZONAL TRAINING EXECUTIVE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND AGE REQUIRED:
  • Any Graduation or MCA/MBA/PGDBM Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Age during Joining shall not exceed 30 years as on 01/01/2012.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Technical product knowledge and "hands on" field sales experience.
  • Training methodology experience and strong written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40- 50% of the time.
  • Self-driven and accountable & excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
